5:20 A.M.

     Today is the day we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  I think for most people it is just an excuse to take a day off.  Me?  My company gives a choice between this and Presidents Day.  Or you can have a floating holiday of your choice.  For the last few years my day of choice has been the day after the Superbowl. 
     An idea I joined with a coworker on.  Works for us.  Not like I do a grand amount of partying, can't remember the last even I went to.  Had to be before 2009.  Not complaining just stating it. 
     The return of salads and oatmeal have been grand.  Was really getting bad eating the way my brother in law and sister do.  Berries are defrosting in a strainer on my counter as I type. 
     The chair is working for the most part.  It is comfortable.  Nice lumbar support.  But is just so huge.  I believe I've mentioned I have a rather small room, I often refer to as my cell.  At least it was free. 
     My manager was away all last week, not sure if he returns today or tomorrow.  I think it was his anniversary.  He can be rather private about that.  Really is a nice guy.  I think he may be in today because it will be sort of a slow day.  Dang, just remembered I have to finish a project for this morning.  I'll have time.  Cut the gym short is what I'll do.
     I have to see cardio dude next month.  Been to long.  Other than being overweight I'm good.  Also have to get blood work done.  Okay now I'm getting all hung up on responsibilities of the day.  Forgot to get chicken out of freezer too.  At least I've still got coffee.  Later.
